The Asian Journal of Educational Leadership, Management and Pedagogy (AJELMP) is a peer-reviewed, open-access scholarly journal dedicated to advancing research and practice at the intersection of educational leadership, institutional management, and pedagogy, with a primary emphasis on Asian educational contexts and comparative perspectives relevant to the region. AJELMP publishes rigorous and practice-relevant scholarship that strengthens evidence-informed governance, supports institutional effectiveness, and improves curriculum, instruction, assessment, and learning outcomes across basic and higher education systems.
